Most of you know that the root word "cardio" refers to the heart. Great, you remembered something from Anatomy 101. 

All joking aside, Cardio started as a resource organization developed by students to help premed students navigate their lives. Turns out, it's hard to do such a thing without the proper know-how. That's why we've turned to those who have been there — the individuals who dedicated their youth to the pursuit of knowledge and struggled for the betterment of others. We are talking to residents, attendings, and everyone in between to discover what life is like as a doctor, their personal stories, and much more.
